Hosting

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (USA). When you visit, the server processes technically necessary data (IP address, time, page requested, browser details) to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

Contact form

I use the details you enter in the form (company, name, email, optional phone and location, message) only to answer your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The message is delivered via Resend, Inc. (USA) to my email inbox at Google; the EU-US Data Privacy Framework applies here too. I delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed and no legal retention period applies. Providing the details is voluntary; without them I cannot reply.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR). An informal email is enough. You can complain to a data protection authority, for example the Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR (dataprotection.gov.sk).
